"Every single year sales reps get burned by late jersey orders. The company outsources much of the cloth and more and more reconditioning as well. This causes them to have little control and nobody tells the reps where their orders are. This makes you look like an idiot to your customer and you lose business you have to work years to get back. I also never bought into the propaganda they feed a sales force about the concussion protection their helmets provide. They have good products but they love manipulating testing to produce a favorable impression of their product and parading it around."

"You'll be working every Saturday, and a full day too, at 8 - 10 hours. The pay sucks but you'll get 60+ hours a week. Lots of arbitrary rules that they will fire you for breaking despite work ethic and productivity. Lay off everyone from September to November.Lots of overtimeTotalitarian enforcement of arbitrary rules"

"Started out as a good job, but during football season we work 12 to 14 hr days and wash,dry, sew football uniforms. They only make certain people do the dirty uniforms that Smell quite foulhave to pay own health, dental thru company, somewhat cheaper than on own"

"At Riddell we organized the helmets and shoulder pads for the plant. It was a pretty easy job the hours was nice and short 8 hr shift. The workers and management was good as well."

"I was hired on and asked to have a certain amount of sales by July 31st. The issue was as a youth sales rep, all the money my clients were using were state funds (YMCA's, Youth leagues, Rec Depts, etc) and they were not allowed to spend new fiscal year money until Aud 1st. If given literally 1 more second I had more than $200,000 worth of sales lined up to be purchased."
